  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors accurately.

3. Orders & Payment

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us (e.g., in cases of stock errors or suspected fraud).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be handed over directly to the delivery rider upon arrival.

4. Shipping & Delivery Charges

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to courier logistics.

  • The customer must bear all delivery charges associated with both returns and exchanges. Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are strictly governed by our Return & Exchange Policy:

    • On-the-spot returns are permitted while the delivery rider is present.

    • Product exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

    • No returns or cash refunds will be accepted once the delivery rider leaves.

6. User Conduct & Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website and social media pages—including logos, product photos, graphics, and text—is the exclusive property of DACCA 1205 and protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any portion of our service or products without express written permission from us.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • DACCA 1205 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
