At DACCA 1205, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Bangladesh via Pathao Home Delivery. Please review our shipping rates, delivery options, and guidelines below.

1. Shipping Rates & Standard Timelines

All standard orders are shipped directly to your doorstep using Pathao Home Delivery:

  • Inside Dhaka: 70 TK (Delivery within 24 to 48 hours)

  • Sub-Dhaka: 100 TK (Delivery within 24 to 48 hours)

  • Outside Dhaka: 140 TK (Delivery within 48 to 72 hours)

2. Same-Day Delivery Option (Inside Dhaka City Only)

  • Cut-off Time: Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (noon).

  • Delivery Area: Available strictly inside Dhaka City only.

  • Delivery Charge: 130 TK (must be paid in advance to confirm order).

  • Service Availability: Same-Day Delivery is OFF on Fridays and Government Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.

3. On-the-Spot Parcel Inspection

  • Check Upon Delivery: You are allowed to inspect your parcel while the Pathao rider is present at your location.

  • Instant Return: If you receive a damaged item, wrong size, or incorrect product, you may return it directly to the Pathao rider on the spot.

4. Important Notice on Shipping Fees

⚠️ CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING CHARGES:

The customer must bear all delivery charges associated with both returns and exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you request a product exchange after accepting the parcel, any additional courier fees to ship the replacement item must be fully paid by the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is processed and handed over to Pathao Home Delivery, you will receive updates regarding your shipment.
