Refund policy

At DACCA 1205, we want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below before placing your order.

1. Instant Return (On-the-Spot)

  • You are allowed to inspect your package while the delivery rider is present.

  • If you receive a damaged item, the wrong product, or are unsatisfied with the fit, you may hand the parcel back to the delivery rider immediately.

2. 3-Day Exchange Policy

  • If you accept the parcel and later wish to change the size or swap for a different item, you must inform us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. No Return or Refund After Delivery

  • Once the delivery rider leaves, no returns or cash refunds will be accepted.

  • After delivery, your order is strictly eligible for a product exchange only (within the 3-day window).

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE ON DELIVERY CHARGES:

The customer must bear all delivery charges associated with both returns and exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any additional courier charges for delivering exchange items must be fully paid by the customer.
